5大原因讓你知道 美國串流媒體Netflix為何而漲

過去幾天，美國網路串流媒體 Netflix (NFLX-US) 股價急彈 10% 。

媒體《CNNMoney》報導， Netflix 2015 年 10 月公佈第 3 季財報，劣於市場預期。然而，近期股價反彈幅度達 20% 。截至 2015 年第 3 季， Netflix 共有 6900 萬名訂閱用戶，劣於華爾街分析師預估的 7000 萬名訂閱用戶。

2015 年以來， Netflix 股價已上漲 140% ，也是標普 500 指數當中表現最好的一支個股。目前， Netflix 和最高價只差 8% 。

投資人一定很好奇，為什麼 Netflix 最近股價會上揚？

一、除了串流，還是串流

全球擴張是 Netflix 目前最重要的目標之一。 Netflix 一直以來都把目標放在美國國外的事業拓展，現在看來，似乎一切都有了回報。

澳洲通訊媒體局 (Australian Communications and Media Authority) 本週表示，截至 2015 年 6 月底， Netflix 在澳洲已有 250 萬名訂閱用戶。這數字非常驚人，因為 Netflix 直到 2015 年 3 月才在澳洲推出服務。也就是說，短短 3 個月就已經贏得 250 萬名訂閱用戶的親睞。

亞洲也是 Netflix 的另一個發展重點區域。 2015 年 9 月已在日本推出服務的 Netflix 表示，預計 2016 年也要在南韓、香港、新加坡、台灣等地推出服務。

二、利用 iPhone 暢銷之便，增進收視

由於越來越多收視觀眾，透過智慧手機收看電視節目與電影， Netflix 也因此受惠。

愛立信 (Ericsson) (ERIC-US) 本週在預估報告中寫道，在 2015 年至 2021 年之間，行動影音流量將會成長 55% 。並且預測， 2 大數位影音贏家將會是谷歌 (Google) (GOOGL-US) 旗下的影音平台 YouTube 與 Netflix 。

由於 Netflix 頗高的消費者接受度，使得美國電信業者 T-Mobile (TMUS-US) 近期也宣布要推出新一代網路流量方案。

三、各方資金湧入

避險基金本週公佈 2015 年第 3 季所購買與賣出的股票清單，也幫助推升 Netflix 股價。

投資大師喬治索羅斯 (George Soros) 已經買入超過 30 萬股 Netflix 股票。

維京全球投資基金與文藝復興科技公司等避險基金，也購入不少 Netflix 的股票。

富達投資 (Fidelity) 、領航投資 (Vanguard)、貝萊德 (BlackRock) (BLK-US) 、道富集團 (State Street) (STT-US) 等共同基金公司，也都在 2015 年第 3 季看多 Netflix 股票。

四、節目多元且不斷更新

要吸引收視觀眾的心，除了價格以外，產品內容也很重要。 Netflix 藉由不斷更新優質戲劇、電影、電視節目，擄獲用戶的親睞。近期又推出喜劇演員 Aziz Ansari 所演出的戲劇 《Master of None》，以及動畫劇戲劇《Seven Deadly Sins》、《W/ Bob and David》。

《Marvel's Jessica Jones》是 Netflix 與迪士尼 (Disney) (DIS-US) 合作，並且要預計長期播放的影音節目。

另外， Netflix 2015 年初推出的《Daredevil》也廣受好評。

《Jessica Jones》將於 2015 年 11 月 20 日開播。

五、股價到底有沒有超漲，專家：有可能！

雖然過去與現在的發展的確不錯，但是股價也確實已經反應了 Netflix 一直以來的好成績。目前股價本益比已飆高至 2016 年預期利潤的 450 倍。

Netflix 目前市值為 510 億美元，就快要超越擁有媒體《CNNMoney》的時代華納有線電視 (Time Warner) (TWX-US) 與福斯電視公司 (Fox) (FOXA-US) 。時代華納目前市值為 570 億美元，福斯電視公司市值達 590 億美元。

Netflix 雖然發展得不錯，但是王者之路上，仍然矗立著不少媒體巨頭。時代華納有線電視正在考慮投資串流媒體葫蘆 (Hulu)。目前，福斯電視公司、迪士尼、康卡斯特 (Comcast) (CMCSA) 都是葫蘆的贊助者。

除了傳統影音巨擘，蘋果 (Apple) (AAPL-US) 、亞馬遜 (Amazon) (AMZN-US) 等科技與電子商務公司也都擁有足夠的銀彈，能夠與 Netflix 競爭。

但其實這些都不會是影響 Netflix 股價的問題，因為早在 2002 年公開上市的時候，股價就已經超漲了。
