55歲陸婦腦中風嘉義優質醫療平安返鄉

陸客來台觀光有不少是年長者，旅遊疾病難免可能發生，由於台灣擁有完善醫療體系，確實發揮了即時協助突發病患的功效，日前一位來自大陸黑龍江的趙女士，在嘉義發生急性腦中風，緊急送到衛福部嘉義醫院急救，經施以微導管動脈取栓術，及妥善之術後治療，平安返回家鄉。

衛生福利部附屬醫療及社會福利機構管理會執行長林慶豐表示，台灣完善的醫療體系，能提供每一位旅客完善的醫療！以陸客來台的旅遊風險地圖來說，嘉義、台東、花蓮及台北地區的比率較高，嘉義是因為上阿里山海拔高度和氣溫變化較大，對多數為年長者的陸客團來說，更容易造成身體不適。

日前趙女士隨團來台，某日起床後要去飯店餐廳用早餐時，突然胸悶、心臟不適、左側肢體無力，經飯店打119求救，嘉義市消防隊緊急出勤，將她送到衛生福利部嘉義醫院急診室急救，經確診急性腦中風後，由院長陳啟仁親自帶領團隊，引用世界上最新的醫療方式，緊急施以微導管動脈取栓術，成功取出血栓，術後在加護病房觀察三天後轉普通病房，住院期間再配合中醫科針灸及復健科復健治療，恢復狀況比原先治療計畫的期程縮短，讓旅客平安返回家鄉，也讓家屬方便照顧及後續復健。

林慶豐執行長表示，這次的案例術後情況非常良好，日後獨立生活的可能性也大大提高，台灣的醫療絕對能夠在一個安全的環境下提供更多元化的國際級醫療服務，為來自海外的病人、旅客提供優質的醫療旅遊服務，也展現台灣的醫療服務技術及專業。
